Delicious Homemade Yeast Rolls

Ingredients to make Yeast Rolls:

1 package dry yeast
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup water
2 eggs

8 cups all purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup shortening, or butter
2 cups water

Preparation Instructions:

Combine the yeast, 1 tsp sugar, salt, 1/2 cup water and eggs in a large mixing bowl. Mix the ingredients with a mixer on low speed for 2 minutes and set the bowl aside.

In another bowl, combine the flour, 1/2 cup sugar, 2 cups of water and  shortening or butter, which ever you prefer. Mix this mixture for 3 minutes on medium speed with a mixer. Once the flour…

Pumpkin Bread Recipe

Ingredients needed for Pumpkin Bread:

1 cup vegetable oil
3 cups sugar
1 cup water
4 eggs

3 1/3 cups all purpose flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
3/4 tsp ground cloves

Preparation Instructions:

Preheat over to 350 degrees.

In a large bowl, combine the pumpkin, vegetable oil, sugar, eggs and water and beat until the ingredients are thoroughly mixed.

Cranberry Muffin Recipe

Ingredients needed for Cranberry Muffins:

]1 1/2 cups halved cranberries
1 cup confectioners sugar

4 cups flour
1/2 to 3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
6 tsp baking powder

2 beaten eggs
1/2 melted butter
2 cups milk

Preparation Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Place confectioners sugar and cranberries in a bag, or bowl to coat the berries with the sugar and set aside.

Combine all of the dry ingredients together and add eggs, butter and milk. Stir lightly until the mixture is completely moist, don’t beat the mixture.

Stir in the berries and spoon the mixture into a greased muffin pan filling each section about 2/3 full.…
