		<description><![CDATA[<p><strong>Ingredients needed to make Christmas Punch:</strong></p>
<p>1 3 ounce package cherry gelatin mix<br />
1 cup boiling water<br />
1 6 ounce can frozen lemonade</p>
<p>3 cups cold water<br />
1 quart cranberry juice cocktail<br />
1 12 ounce bottle ginger ale</p>
<p><strong>Preparation Instructions:</strong></p>
<p>Dissolve gelatin mix in boiling water and mix in the lemonade. Add the cold water and the cranberry juice cocktail. Pour mixture into punch bowl and add two trays of ice cubes. Add ginger ale.</p>

		<description><![CDATA[<p><strong>Ingredients to make Cranberry Punch:</strong></p>
<p>2 cups cranberries<br />
2 cups water<br />
1 cup sugar</p>
<p>juice from 3 lemons<br />
juice from 1 lime<br />
1 quart ginger ale</p>
<p><strong>Preparation Instructions:</strong></p>
<p>Combine cranberries, sugar and water until the mixture becomes pulp and strain. After the mixture cools, add the ginger ale, lemon juice and lime juice and stir.</p>
<p>Double or triple the recipe as many times as you need to serve more guests.</p>

		<description><![CDATA[<p><strong>Ingredients to make Spiced Christmas Tea:</strong></p>
<p>1 1/2 cup sugar<br />
1 cup sweetened lemonade mix<br />
1 cup orange drink mix<br />
1 cup sweetened instant tea mix</p>
<p>1 packages individual instant spiced cider mix<br />
3/4 tsp ground cinnamon (more or less to taste)<br />
3/4 tsp ground cloves (more or less to taste)</p>
<p><strong>Preparation Instructions:</strong></p>
<p>Blend all of the ingredients together and store in an air tight container. Add 3 to 4 tsp to one cup of boiling water.</p>
<p>Spiced Christmas Tea can be packaged in jars or other containers and given as gifts!</p>

		<description><![CDATA[<p><strong>Ingredients for Hot Caramel Apple Drink:</strong></p>
<p>Per Individual serving:</p>
<p>8 ounces apple juice</p>
<p>1 tbsp cinnamon syrup*<br />
caramel syrup<br />
cinnamon<br />
nutmeg</p>
<p>whipped cream</p>
<p><strong>Preparation Instructions:</strong></p>
<p>Pour apple juice into a small pot and bring to a boil. Put the cinnamon syrup* into a mug and pour the apple juice over top of it. Top the drink with whipped cream and pour caramel syrup over it to taste. Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.</p>
<p><strong>*Cinnamon Syrup</strong></p>
<p>1 cup of sugar<br />
2 tbsp flour<br />
1/8 tsp salt<br />
1/2 tsp cinnamon<br />
2/3 cups water</p>
<p>2 tbsp butter</p>
<p>Mix all the ingredients, except the butter and  boil until mixture becomes thick, like syrup!&#8230;</p>]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[<p><strong>Ingredients to make Hot Buttery Cinnamon Cider:</strong></p>
<p>2 quarts apple cider or apple juice<br />
12 ounces apricot nectar</p>
<p>1 tbsp brown sugar<br />
1/2 tsp allspice</p>
<p>1/3 cup butter<br />
1/2 cup cinnamon liqueur</p>
<p><strong>Preparation Instructions:</strong></p>
<p>Combine apple juice, apricot nectar, allspice and brown sugar and pour into a crock pot. Cook the mixture on low for 5 hours.</p>
<p>Before serving, heat cinnamon liqueur and butter in a small pan. Add 1/2 tbsp of the liqueur mixture to 3/4 cup of the apple juice and nectar mixture.</p>
<p>If desired, garnish drinks with orange slices.</p>

<p>2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries<br />
6 cups water<br />
1 cup sugar</p>
<p>1/4 cup red hot cinnamon candies<br />
7 whole cloves<br />
1/2 cup orange juice<br />
1/4 cup lemon juice</p>
<p><strong>Preparation Instructions:</strong></p>
<p>Add cranberries to 2 cups of water and cook until the cranberries pop open. Strain the mixture, saving only the cranberry juice.</p>
<p>Combine sugar, red hot candies, cloves and 4 cups of water in a pan and cook until all the candies are completely dissolved. Add the cranberry juice, lemon juice and orange juice and heat thoroughly. Remove the cloves before serving.</p>

2 cups milk </p>

1 cup Kahlua liqueur or strong coffee<br />

<p>1/2 cup brown sugar<br />
3/4 tsp ground cinnamon</p>
<p><strong>Preparation Instructions:</strong></p>
<p>Combine the chocolate and white milk in a large pot and heat on medium. Do not allow the mixture to boil!</p>
<p>Beat together the eggs and brown sugar in a large bowl until the mixture is reasonably thick. When the milk gets hot, add about half of it into the egg and sugar mixture and mix well with a whisk.</p>

<p>12 eggs, separated<br />
6 cups milk<br />
2 cups heavy cream</p>
<p>1 1/2 cups sugar<br />
2 tbs ground nutmeg</p>
<p><strong>Optional:</strong></p>
<p>2 cups bourbon<br />
3/4 cups brandy</p>
<p><strong>Preparation Instructions:</strong></p>
<p>Separate the egg yolks from the whites and place in separate bowls.<br />
Combine egg yolks and sugar together in a large bowl and blend with a mixer for 10 minutes, or until the mixture is firm and the color of butter.</p>
<p>Add the brandy and bourbon and refrigerate. About 30 minutes before you want to serve the eggnog, remove it from the refrigerator and stir in the milk and nutmeg.</p>
