Hot Caramel Apple Drink

Ingredients for Hot Caramel Apple Drink:

Per Individual serving:

8 ounces apple juice

1 tbsp cinnamon syrup*
caramel syrup
cinnamon
nutmeg

whipped cream

Preparation Instructions:

Pour apple juice into a small pot and bring to a boil. Put the cinnamon syrup* into a mug and pour the apple juice over top of it. Top the drink with whipped cream and pour caramel syrup over it to taste. Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.

*Cinnamon Syrup

1 cup of sugar
2 tbsp flour
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2/3 cups water

2 tbsp butter

Mix all the ingredients, except the butter and  boil until mixture becomes thick, like syrup!…

Hot Buttery Cinnamon Cider Recipe

Ingredients to make Hot Buttery Cinnamon Cider:

2 quarts apple cider or apple juice
12 ounces apricot nectar

1 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp allspice

1/3 cup butter
1/2 cup cinnamon liqueur

Preparation Instructions:

Combine apple juice, apricot nectar, allspice and brown sugar and pour into a crock pot. Cook the mixture on low for 5 hours.

Before serving, heat cinnamon liqueur and butter in a small pan. Add 1/2 tbsp of the liqueur mixture to 3/4 cup of the apple juice and nectar mixture.

If desired, garnish drinks with orange slices.

Hot Cranberry Drink Recipe

Ingredients to make Hot Cranberry Drink:

2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries
6 cups water
1 cup sugar

1/4 cup red hot cinnamon candies
7 whole cloves
1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 cup lemon juice

Preparation Instructions:

Add cranberries to 2 cups of water and cook until the cranberries pop open. Strain the mixture, saving only the cranberry juice.

Combine sugar, red hot candies, cloves and 4 cups of water in a pan and cook until all the candies are completely dissolved. Add the cranberry juice, lemon juice and orange juice and heat thoroughly. Remove the cloves before serving.
