		<description><![CDATA[<p>Here is my tried and tested method, which guarantees a mouthwatering turkey, oozing in tasty juices.<br />

Turn your oven on (electric oven) 210, fifteen minutes before you put the turkey in.</p>
<p>]Mix 6 oz of butter with three or four crushed garlic cloves. Then add four tablespoons of cranberry jelly. Mix well and smear half of it over the bottom (undercarriage) of the turkey, as the turkey is laid on its back.<br />

<p>7 lb. cooked, smoked ham<br />
1 cups packed brown sugar<br />
1/4 cups packed brown sugar</p>
<p>3/4 cup cranberry juice cocktail<br />
2 tbsp cider vinegar<br />
1/4 cup honey<br />
1 1/2 tbsp butter</p>
<p>whole cloves<br />
1 1/2 tbsp prepared mustard<br />
2 tsp all purpose flour</p>
<p>orange slices and cranberries for garnish</p>
<p><strong>Preparation Instructions:</strong></p>
<p>Preheat oven to 325 degrees.</p>

2 cups honey<br />
1/4 cup dark corn syrup<br />
2/3 cups butter</p>
<p>1/8 tsp white pepper<br />
1/4 cup whole cloves </p>
<p><strong>Preparation Instructions:</strong></p>
<p>Preheat oven to 325 degrees.</p>
<p>Line a roasting pan with foil and place the ham with the cut side down onto the pan. Score the outside of the ham with a sharp knife and place the whole cloves down into the scored areas. <span id="more-177"></span></p>
<p>Combine the honey, corn syrup, butter and pepper and heat the mixture until the butter melts. The mixture should have a smooth texture, stir constantly while heating to prevent sticking and scorching.</p>
