Ingredients needed for Cranberry Muffins:

]1 1/2 cups halved cranberries
1 cup confectioners sugar

4 cups flour
1/2 to 3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
6 tsp baking powder

2 beaten eggs
1/2 melted butter
2 cups milk

Preparation Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Place confectioners sugar and cranberries in a bag, or bowl to coat the berries with the sugar and set aside.

Combine all of the dry ingredients together and add eggs, butter and milk. Stir lightly until the mixture is completely moist, don’t beat the mixture.

Stir in the berries and spoon the mixture into a greased muffin pan filling each section about 2/3 full. Bake for 30 minutes.
